Life can be very challenging, and I know firsthand that embarking on your healing and mental health journey isn’t easy. Personal growth and self-care often get put on the back burner when life becomes too much for us. However, making time for yourself is an investment in your well-being. Life transitions, identity shifts, reduced self-esteem, and challenges with body image, food, and exercise, can have a deep impact on us. Having personally experienced feeling lost and unsure during life changes, and developing a deep appreciation for health and fitness as a way to foster self-respect, self-connection, and body acceptance, I recognize the profound impact these struggles can have on mental health and overall well-being.
In our work together, we will create a safe space where you can acknowledge all your emotions and all parts of yourself with compassion and empathy. We will work together and combine ideas that best work for you and your lifestyle while using techniques that are tailored to meet your needs, preferences, and cultural expectations.
