Life Transitions
Life transitions can feel overwhelming and disorienting. You may find yourself questioning what’s next, what you truly want, or who you are in the midst of it all. If you’re looking for a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re going through, and reconnect with your values, we can work together to explore what these transitions mean for you, and process the stress or uncertainty they bring.
What I Help With:
I support individuals who are navigating life transitions, whether it’s a relationship ending or beginning, moving to a new place, a career shift, stepping into a new identity, or simply feeling stuck between phases of life. These changes can bring up grief, anxiety, uncertainty, and self-doubt. Many find themselves stuck between who they were and who they’re becoming and unsure of what they want or how to move forward. The pressure to have it all figured out can make things even harder, especially when your goals, values, or sense of purpose feel unclear. Even positive changes can carry unexpected stress, leaving you emotionally drained or disconnected from yourself.

Does any of the following resonate with you?
-
Feeling anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed about changes in your life?
-
Grieving the loss of a role, routine, relationship, or version of yourself?
-
Questioning what you really want or what direction/path to take?
-
Feeling stuck between who you are and who you are becoming?
-
Experiencing positive changes and feeling exhausted, stressed, and that things are harder than expected?
-
Feeling pressure to figure everything out, but nothing feels clear?
How I Can Help:

I offer a safe, nonjudgmental, and affirming space for you to process what you’ve been through at your own pace. In our work together, we’ll process what you're feeling, understand what this transition means for you, and explore what you want moving forward. I’ll help you clarify your values, set realistic goals, and develop tools to manage stress, decision-making, and the emotional ups and downs that come with change. You don’t have to figure it all out alone, this is a place to feel supported as you move forward with intention and self-trust.

My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and rooted in respect for your unique journey. We may draw on tools from modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy, or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). The most effective approach will vary depending on your specific experiences and needs, as well as what feels right for you.
Change can be overwhelming - even when it’s something you chose. This space is here to help you make sense of what’s shifting, process the emotions that come with it, and reconnect with who you’re becoming. Small, meaningful steps forward start here!
