Planning for post-secondary, managing school expectations, and making big future decisions can feel like a lot to carry. When stress, pressure, or self-doubt take hold, it can impact confidence and clarity. Together, we can work toward building clarity, confidence, and a path that feels right for you

What I Help With:

I support students who are navigating school, future planning, and the transition into what comes next. This can include academic planning (high school/college/university), admissions process (college/university), post-secondary decisions, scholarships, or pathfinding.These experiences can bring up stress, self-doubt, uncertainty, and pressure to “have it all figured out.” Many students feel stuck between where they are and where they think they should be, unsure of their direction or next steps.

Through youth coaching and workshops, I offer a space where students can feel supported while building confidence, exploring their identity, and developing skills to navigate life with more clarity and self-trust.

I provide a high-energy, nonjudgmental, and an empowering space designed to help you navigate the "what’s next." While life transitions can feel overwhelming, our work together focuses on turning that uncertainty into a clear plan of action. We’ll look at where you are now, identify the obstacles in your way, and build the confidence you need to take ownership of your future.

I’m here to help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Together, we will clarify your personal values, set small, achievable goals, and sharpen your skills in decision-making and stress management. This is about building a toolkit for real-world resilience, so you can move forward with a sense of purpose and self-trust in your academic and educational path.

My approach is results-oriented, proactive, and holistic. I don't just help you check boxes - I help you cultivate the self-awareness, confidence, and skills needed to take that next step with clarity. 

Our sessions are focused on actionable strategy:

How Coaching Works

Wondering what the difference is between therapy and coaching?

Youth coaching is centred on delivering meaningful, high-quality support that helps students reach their full potential across education, career pathways, and personal growth. At its core, this approach is deeply personalized through one-on-one work, in-depth in its coaching process, and holistic, recognizing that each student is more than just their academic performance.

 

Coaching is not about telling students what to do or stepping in to solve problems for them; instead, it is about empowering them to think for themselves, make confident decisions, and move toward where they want to be.

 

Through a future-focused and inquiry-driven approach, the process emphasizes listening, providing thoughtful feedback, gently challenging perspectives, and helping students clarify their own thinking.

 

Rather than relying heavily on advice or instruction, youth coaching creates space for students to use their own voice, discover their own answers, and grow in a way that feels authentic, because ultimately, they already have the capacity within them to figure it out.

How many hours is youth coaching?

We begin by scheduling a set number of coaching hours together - typically 6 hours to start. This structure allows us to move through each phase of the process in a thoughtful and supportive way, with approximately 2 hours dedicated to each stage.

These hours are a blend of live coaching sessions (1:1) and independent or offline work, such as reflection exercises, research, or application preparation. This approach ensures that our time together is both productive and personalized, while also giving you space to apply what we discuss in real time. As we move forward, additional hours can be added based on your goals, needs, and the level of support you’re looking for.

Coaching & Program Outline

Phase 1:

Discovery

Effective coaching starts with understanding who you are, which is crucial for students like you. I will guide you through a reflective process to help you learn from your experiences and accomplishments, gaining self-awareness about your strengths, passions, and interests. This self-awareness becomes the foundation for setting goals, overcoming obstacles, and making informed decisions about your academic and personal paths.

Phase 2:

Design

Now we have a strong foundation to set clear goals, develop a high-level strategy, and create a more specific actionable plan. As a student, it’s crucial to prioritize effectively and be clear on what needs to be done in different areas of your life, from academics to extracurriculars to jobs. Through this process, we’ll constantly check in with the strategy and plan, and adjust it as needed to ensure you’re staying focused on the most important areas. This deliberate approach will keep you on track, maximize your potential, and lead you to success in every area.

Phase 3:

Fulfill

Roadblocks and challenges are inevitable on the path to your goals. Through live coaching sessions and offline support, I will help you overcome challenges, think through solutions, stay motivated and accountable, celebrate achievements, identify areas for improvement, and chart your progress. With our unwavering support and your dedication, you’ll not only reach your goals but also cultivate the resilience and learnings necessary to thrive in all areas of your life.
