Relationship Therapy

Relationships can feel overwhelming at times, especially when disconnection, mistrust,  miscommunication, or unresolved tension starts to build. You may feel like you're stuck in the same patterns or unsure how to truly reach each other. If you're looking for a space to slow down, better understand one another, and rebuild connection, relationship therapy can help.

What I Help With:

I support couples who are navigating challenges such as ongoing conflict, emotional disconnection, communication struggles, and trust issues. You might be feeling misunderstood, unheard, or stuck in the same painful cycles - longing for closeness but unsure how to reach one another. Therapy offers a space to slow down and explore what's really going on beneath the surface, both individually and as a couple.​ Together, we’ll work to understand the emotional needs behind your reactions, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and begin to rebuild trust and emotional safety. I help couples navigate differences with more compassion, learn healthier ways to communicate, and strengthen their ability to support each other through stress, change, and everyday life. ​​

Over time, stress, miscommunication, or unmet needs can create distance and leave you both feeling unheard or disconnected. If you’re longing to rebuild trust, strengthen your connection, or better understand each other, therapy can help. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck, learn new ways to communicate, and create space for a more secure, fulfilling, and authentic relationship.

My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and rooted in respect for your unique journey. We may draw on tools from modalities like Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and The Gottman Method. The most effective approach will vary depending on your specific experiences and needs, as well as what feels right for you.
